Project Closure Workshop: "Improving Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management in Remote Schools in Preah Vihear Province."

On September 30, 2025, Rainwater Cambodia (RWC), in collaboration with the District Office of Education, Youth, and Sport, organized a workshop to close the first phase of the project titled "Improving Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management in Remote Schools in Preah Vihear Province." The event, held at the Rovieng District Hall, was attended by representatives from the District Governor’s office and the Preah Vihear Provincial Department of Education, Youth, and Sport, alongside teachers and students, totaling 61 participants (including 34 females).

he key objectives of the workshop were:

• To present the overall progress, key achievements, and lessons learned from the project.
• To share insights on the utilization and perceptions of menstrual hygiene kits among female students during PhaseI.
• To discuss critical challenges, best practices, and future plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of the project’s interventions.
